Apply to affected areas in a circular motion, following the direction of the lymphatic flow: from the ankles to the buttocks for the legs, from the wrists to the armpits for the arms, from the breast bone to the pubis for the abdomen. Wash hands thoroughly after application. To optimize results, the treatment should be used daily. Can be used in combination with anyone of the other Biolite products. Do not use on your face. If used in association with a healthy diet and regular physical exercise, results will be optimized.
